Shipping is available on most products. However, we have the right to cancel an order if shipping is not feasible such as with some large home decor products.

Fulfillment will occur within 3 days of the order and processing will be handled during weekly business days Monday-Friday. No shipping will be processed on the weekend.

Shipping charges are as follows:

Total ticket less than $50 = $6 flat fee shipping

Total ticket between $50.01 - $149.99 = $10 flat fee shipping

Total ticket $150 or greater qualifies for FREE shipping.

We will ship using one of these 3 carriers: USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex and will price for the most economical option. We are not responsible for delays occurring after shipping.

We hope you are fully satisfied with your Simply Home purchase, but if not, here are our guidelines for returns and/or exchanges:

  Please return the item to us within 14 days of purchase WITH your receipt for a full refund or exchange.

  All returned items must be damage free, have the original tag attached, and be in the original packaging.

  Sale Items: All items purchased 30% off or greater are FINAL sales and cannot be returned.
  
• 
  Seasonal Specific Items: These items must be returned WITH a receipt within 7 days (not the normal 14 days) of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.

  Shipping costs are nonrefundable once the item has shipped from the store. Cost to return the item(s) by mail are the responsibility of the purchaser.
