Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase in-store and make the perfect gift for any occasion.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you need to make a return or exchange, here are our guidelines:
- Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase with a receipt for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be damage-free, have the original tag attached, and be in the original packaging.
- If you don’t have a receipt, we will attempt to find the transaction in our system. If we cannot locate it, only 80% of the item’s price will be issued as store credit.
- No cash refunds without a receipt.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! If you need a different size or style, exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase, provided the item meets our return criteria.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We inspect every item carefully, but if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of purchase, and we’ll make it right!
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Absolutely! We love making your gifts extra special with our complimentary gift wrapping service.
Can I create a custom gift basket?
Yes! We specialize in custom gift baskets for any occasion. Let us know your budget and preferences, and we’ll curate something beautiful for you.
Can I return a sale item?
- Items purchased at 30% off or greater are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I return an item that was shipped to me?
Shipping costs are nonrefundable once the item has shipped from our store.
If returning an item by mail, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
