Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you are fully satisfied with your Simply Home purchase, but if not, here are our guidelines for returns and/or exchanges:

Please return the item to us within 14 days of purchase WITH your receipt for a full refund or exchange.

All returned items must be damage free, have the original tag attached, and be in the original packaging.

If you don’t provide your receipt, we will attempt to find the transaction in our system. If unable to do so, only 80% of the item’s price will be issued as store credit.

NO cash refund without a receipt.

If the original item was purchased by check, refund will be issued as store credit.

We offer gift receipts so please feel free to request one if you need one.

Sale Items: All items purchased 30% off or greater are FINAL sales and cannot be returned.

Seasonal Specific Items: These items must be returned WITH a receipt within 7 days (not the normal 14 days) of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Items without a receipt or returned after 7 days from purchase will be returned at the current sales price including any discounts as store credit. Christmas specific items can be returned until December 8th for exchange. After that time, all holiday specific items will be final sales.

Holiday Gifts: These items may be returned/exchanged and we will be as lenient as possible but consideration will be given to seasonal items and the item's current price at the time of return, potentially impacting the refund amount. For 2026Christmas season, any non-holiday specific items can be exchanged until January 15th

Shipping costs are nonrefundable once the item has shipped from the store. Cost to return the item(s) by mail are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Refunds will be processed within five (5) business days upon receipt of returned item.
